Just some minor stuff: On the story translation page, there is a somewhat important typo in one of the quests on floor 86. It says "Floor 86 - Legendary Weapon Quest Part 6", but it is actually only part 5. It made me wonder if I missed a part until I saw that part 4 is from floor 85. The actual quest page does say it's part 5, so thats fine though.
Also, for "Floor 86 - Mysterious Stone" you might want to add that you have to talk to Yui while your alone, otherwise there won't be a trigger. I figured it out pretty fast, but I was wondering why she did not have a quest exclaimer when I talked to her the first time when I was with Shinon.

Because you have already picked the item out. You need to wait about half an hour play time or so until the item recovered again. Most of the light contains two types of item. If you already pick it out and you get unrelated item with the quest, it means you are out of luck. You just have to wait and leveling until you can pick the item again
I think you missed a Dialogue at the Floor 82, After i was doing the "First Bow Training", then i went out to the outside of the inn, instead of doing the "Breast Complex" and Then an Event (Dialogue) started. I can't found any Translation of this Event on this blog :(
Hmm,, looks like i found the "Event" that i'm saying on my comment above. It is "Floor 84 - A Fortune Tell about Kirito" somehow i triggered it while on Floor 82. It could be wrong thought, im not very sure. Check this "Event" if you have a time to spare.

hi again. i am at the 86th floor labyrinth and i have encountered strea again. this looks to be a similar encounter to the 84th floor and there was no translation for it in the 86th floor section of this site. if this event can be triggered on different floors and you have it translated elsewhere i apologize. just letting you know in case you missed it
me again... i'm on the 89th floor and i just took strea into my party to see if i could finally fight with her (no luck) but thats not why i'm here, i went into the inn and there was a memo (red !) there and i booted strea and checked again and it was gone so i partied with here again and it was back so there's a memo trigger (red !) on the inn stairs when u have strea in your party and i was on the 89th floor so that might be another you've missed. again, sorry if I've just triggered it early and you have translated it but i cant find it anywhere in your guide.

About the mysterious stone, you have to talk with Agil first to trigger the talk with Yui. That's why.

these events aren't on the memo, you need to find/unlock them. but i can't be the only person.
